Terms & Service Agreement Summary

This page summarizes what's in the Spontbox Service Agreement, which every client signs separately before work begins. It's here so you know what you're agreeing to before you ever get on a call.

Scope

Your agreement will spell out exactly which of the six service pillars are included in your plan, and any optional add-ons you've chosen.

Access level

We only ever request Manager-level access to your Google Business Profile and directory accounts — never your account password. You remain the owner of every account at all times.

No long-term contract

All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with notice as specified in your agreement — no early-termination penalty.

No ranking guarantees

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, and we're upfront that anyone who does is guessing. We do guarantee the work itself gets done, correctly and on schedule.

No fake reviews

We will never post, buy, or incentivize fake reviews on your behalf.
